SayHelloUFO is an independent media platform that aggregates, archives, and streams declassified Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP/UFO) video footage and related data released by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and other U.S. government agencies.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Government or the Department of Defense.

2. Public Domain Content

The original government videos, sensor telemetry, and official records hosted on this Site are United States government works in the public domainunder 17 U.S.C. § 105. You are free to view, download, share, and analyze these materials without restriction.

What we do own: The site design, branding, original editorial text (headlines, hooks, descriptions, articles), custom-generated thumbnails, code, and the overall compilation and arrangement of content are the intellectual property of SayHelloUFO and are protected by applicable copyright laws.

3. User Conduct

This Site does not require user accounts or login. By using the Site, you agree not to:

• Attempt to breach, disrupt, or exploit the security of the Site or its backend systems.
• Submit spam, malicious code, or falsified data through any form on the Site (including email capture and polls).
• Use automated bots or scrapers in a manner that degrades site performance or availability.
• Misrepresent SayHelloUFO content as official U.S. government communications.

4. Reaction Polls

The Site features anonymous reaction polls on video pages. Poll participation is entirely voluntary.
